Warranty Policy Lukas Dashcam South Africa: (Excludes SD cards)
All Lukas Dashcams bought from Lukas Dashcam SA have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange on your Dashcam if it is more than 12 months old.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return the Dashcam in its original packaging, to our Physical Address:
7 Viceroy Link, Route 21 Office Park, Irene, 0157
Include all accessories and power cables and proof of purchase
Where possible please set out the fault/error on the unit
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement Dashcam under the warranty terms and conditions. Non warranty claims will be for the account of the client.
If this has been approved, then your replacement unit will be shipped accordingly

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a reputable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Lukas Dashcam will cover the shipping costs of the replacement Dashcam in the event of an approved claim. Should it be found that the damage is not due to a warranty matter return shipment will be for the cost of the client.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
